Playa de Naguabo is a laid-back seaside village south of Fajardo.

We then drove to Patillas along the southeastern coast. The road to Patillas was over the mountains via narrow and winding roads. Patillas is known as "La Esmeralda del Sur" (emerald of the south), because of its green mountains. The area is known for producing sugar cane and oranges.
